Regular yoga practise can substantially improve or even eradicate your back pain. However, you need to work with caution so as not to aggravate or worsen the problem.
These classes will teach you how to do just that. You will learn to use gravity and the breath to elongate and lengthen the spine. This does more than just manage the problem, it will gradually change the environment which is causing the pain.
The classes are small, supportive and friendly and are based on the subtle teachings of the late Vanda Scaravelli. Joy will adapt and modify the postures to accommodate each individual's needs and abilities.
